Boyne House Apartment, a one bedroom self catering apartment, has been decorated in a traditional but modern British style, and has been recently modernised in keeping with the age of the property.

With its own Georgian double door entrance, keeping it entirely separate from Boyne House where the owners live, the flat comprises a large sitting room, a spacious double bedroom, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

The apartment includes gas central heating, digital TV with DVD player, a washing machine and a microwave. All bedding, gas, electricity, towels and linen are provided.

To the front of the apartment there is a courtyard garden, which you are free to use and which is also available to the owners.

Pets are welcome with prior booking and their own bedding.

Guests can park in the free car park just across the road.

	Kitchen: the kitchen has been recently replaced and has a washing machine, microwave, fridge cooker and well stocked cupboards.
Sitting Room: the sitting room is a large but cosy room, with sofa and sofa bed, dining room table and chairs, and a digital TV and a radio.
	Double bedroom: the double bedroom is warm and welcoming with traditional furnishings.
Bathroom: with bath and shower over bath.
