Check availability

Please use our enquiry form or phone us to confirm that the dates are available

When we receive your enquiry we will let you know whether the dates are available, and if you wish to go ahead we will reserve the dates for you while we wait for you to complete the booking process (see below))

Decide how you wish to pay

You can pay either by cheque, by by PayPal (to use PayPal you must either have a PayPal account or be willing to set one up).

Make the booking and send the deposit payment

If you are paying by cheque, print off the booking form and send it to us. See the Contact Us page for the postal address

If you are paying by PayPal, please use our online booking form and then make your payment by PayPal

Note: the deposit should be for 25% of the weekly fee for each week you have booked. If you are booking eight weeks or less prior to the start of your holiday, then the cheque must be for the full amount. Please make cheques payable to Fiona Byerley Remember to take into account any additional costs as specified in the Terms and Conditions page

Once the deposit has been received we will confirm the booking by email

Pay the balance

Eight weeks prior to your holiday, please send the balance of your payment using your choice of payment method. Remember to take into account any additional costs as specified in the Terms and Conditions page

When we receive the balance, we will confirm receipt of the balance by email

Just prior to your holiday we will send you information on how to find Boyne House and how to collect the keys by email
