Prices

prices are per week, from Saturday 4pm till Saturday 10am
the price includes bed linen, towels, heating and lighting
a housekeeping deposit of £80 is required with the balance and will be refunded after the holiday assuming nothing is broken or damaged

Payment

a non-refundable deposit is required with each booking to secure your holiday. This should be 25% of the weekly charge
the balance is required 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. This should include any additional costs such as for pets, plus the housekeeping deposit
if you are booking eight weeks or less prior to the start of your holiday, then the price must be paid in full at the time of booking
should Boyne house not be available when we receive your booking, your monies will be returned in full
if we do not receive your balance by 7 weeks prior to your holiday, then the booking will be considered to be cancelled

Pets

dogs are welcome, but must be specified in the booking form. The dog must be friendly towards other dogs as the owners own a greyhound.
any damage by dogs must be paid for
in respect for other guests, dogs must be kept off the furniture
sorry, no other pets are permitted

Arrival and departure times

on the day of your arrival, Boyne Apartment will be ready for you by 4pm
on the day of your departure, please vacate Boyne Apartment by 10.30 am to enable us to prepare for the next guests

Smoking

Keys and directions

prior to your holiday we will contact you with details of where to pick up the keys and to provide you with directions

Cancellations

should you cancel your holiday we will try and re-let the property. If we are successful we will return any monies paid, minus the non-refundable deposit. If we are unsuccessful then we will retain the amounts shown in the table below

General

when booking Boyne Apartment, you agree to keep the property and all fitments, furniture, equipment and other contents in or on the property in the like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday let. You will make good any damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during the period of the holiday let. The property and all fitments, furniture, utilities and equipment must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of the period of the holiday let
to book Boyne House Flat you must be 18 years of age or older
the booking must be for holiday purposes only
only those mentioned in the booking form are permitted to sleep in the property
